The terms and conditions listed below govern use of War Cast Studio's entire web site (the "Online Store") and materials, merchandise, and images (collectively refered to as "Materials") available therein provided by War Cast Studios ("WCS").  The terms "you" and "your" in upper or lowercase shall mean the individual accessing the WCS web site.  By using the WCS web site, you are agreeing to ALL the terms, conditions, agreements, and policies set forth herein.

You may not use the Online Store or Materials in any fashion that infringes the intellectual property rights or proprietary interests of WCS or any third party.

You are granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and use for personal purposes the Online Store and Materials made available to you.

All right, title, and interest (including all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in the Online Store and Materials in any medium belongs to WCS or its third party suppliers of Materials.  You do not acquire any proprietary interest in the Online Store, Materials, or copies thereof.  You may not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices contained in Materials.

Except as specifically provided, You are prohibited from downloading, emailing, faxing, storing, reproducing, transmitting, displaying, copying, distributing, or using Materials retrieved from the Online Store. You may not exploit the goodwill of WCS, including its trademarks, service marks, or logos without the express written consent of WCS.  Additionally, under no circumstances may you offer any part of the Online Store or Materials for commercial resale or commercial redistribution in any medium or use the Online Store or the Materials to compete with the business of WCS.

Limitation of Liability

WCS shall not be liable for any loss, injury, claim, liability, or damage of any kind resulting in any way from (a) any errors in or omissions from the Online Store or any Materials available or not included therein, (b) the unavailability or interruption of the Online Store or any features thereof or any Materials, (c) your use of the Online Store or Materials, (d) the loss or corruption of any data or equipment in connection with the Online Store, (e) the content, accuracy, or completeness of Materials, all regardless of whether you received assistance in the use of the Online Store from WCS, or (f) any delay or failure in performance beyond the reasonable control of WCS.

Description of Merchandise

IMPORTANT: All products are delivered uncleansed, unpainted and they may need some assembly or de-flashing.  Our products are not mass-produced, therefore small alterations in shape and color from description might occur.  Due to the casting process, small air bubbles may get trapped, but can generally be easily filled. Our products are not toys and due to chemicals and compounds they contain, they can be hazardous when digested.  They are not suitable for children under the age of 6.  Our products must not be brought to the mouth or swallowed, they are meant for gaming and display purposes only.

Miscellaneous

These General Terms and Conditions may be changed from time to time with or without notice.

Replacements and Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product(s), we offer a 30 day money back or replacement guarantee on all products ordered from the day of the receipt of the order. Please note that each order is carefully checked before being shipped. We will be responsible for the shipping costs if we ship the wrong or defective items. In case the reclamation is not legitimate the shipping costs pass to the buyer. You must include written statement of the reasons for the return inside the package.

Cancellation

Purchases may be cancelled by email within 48 hours of placing the order. Received payment will be refunded minus any processing fees enforced by our bank. In the event that the order has already been shipped, a refund will be issued once the product(s) has been returned.

Breach of Agreement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any agreement if it appears to us that you have breeched the agreements and policies of the War Cast Studios web site.

Non-Personal Information

War Cast Studios places a very high value on your privacy. By accessing the War Cast Studios web site, certain information about you, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, navigation through the web site, your browser information, and the time spent browsing along with other similar information, will be stored on War Cast Studios servers.  This information is used and studied to better your experience while on the site.

Personal Information

When you open an account at War Cast Studios to make a purchase, all of your personal details are stored to make your next visit quicker and easier for you to shop. War Cast Studios DOES NOT in any way share, sell or exchange this information in any way with third parties.

Should you wish to have your details changed or removed, simply contact us via email and we will comply with your requests as soon as possible.

Financial Information

We do not store your credit card or debit card details, either online or offline for your safety and ours.  When entering credit card information,  you should always check the corner of your browser for a small lock icon.  This indicates that the web page you are on is using a secure server protocol (https).  Any information that is submitted on a secure page will be encrypted during transit.

Risk

War Cast Studios web servers are located in a secure and professional facility.  Only authorized personnel have access to the server room for required maintenance and administration.  However minimal, all servers can be at risk to hacking by third parties.  Because of this, War Cast Studios cannot guarantee 100% that your data is secure.  We can only take the very best precautions possible to minimize exposure.
